The UH4000 multifunctional series hardness tester is suitable for large-scale production laboratories and workshops. It has two different configurations, namely UH4250 and UH4750. The multifunctional series hardness tester integrates multiple hardness scales on one machine, which are mostly used for higher loads (>5kgf).
Steel structures provide comprehensive protection for equipment used in harsh production environments. This newly upgraded hardness tester features an extremely fast testing cycle and a newly developed turret that can control multiple indenters and objectives. The operator can switch between different testing methods without manually changing the indenter/objective lens. The frame of the device is made of very sturdy castings, and the turret components are equipped with protective covers to protect the high-precision measurement system and turret components from external influences and collisions such as test pieces. The equipment is equipped with a large T-shaped slot test bench (300mm [11.8in] x 400mm [15.7in]), which can test heavy and large components with its strong load-bearing capacity.
